Kit Cassingham, our environmentalist friend and Randy's wife, is a true polymath. She has combined her environmental and hospitality backgrounds to become an environmental hospitality consultant. Then there are her hobbies of decorating (flooring, and mattress ) buying, music, environmental issues like air quality and water quality, and being a volunteer EMT. She keeps us on our toes!
